What is POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2026 about?
Held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 21 – 23 August 2026, POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2026 is an annual celebration of designer toys, collectibles and pop-culture merchandise, bringing together artists, brands and fans for exclusive releases, interactive experiences and community events.
Are security checks required each time I enter?
Yes. All guests will be subject to security screening each time they enter the event hall. This includes bag checks and personal screening.
Please remove prohibited items (weapons, outside food/drink, etc.) before queuing; disposal bins are provided. Only water is allowed.
Can I store my belongings on site?
Storage services are not available on-site. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods vary by each exhibitor —
Artist Eden exhibitors transact primarily in cash — we recommend bringing sufficient cash just in case.
Cashless payments are only accepted at POP MART booths via NETS, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, WeChat Pay and AliPay.
Will I be able to earn or redeem any POP MART membership points during the event?
No. POP MART membership points cannot be earned or redeemed at POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2026.
How do I participate in autograph signings?
1. Arrive before the scheduled time for the signing session
2. Bring only one official-merchandise item per person
3. No personalised messages, photos or video recordings
4. Follow staff instructions and keep interactions with the artist brief

What behaviour is expected on the show floor?
Please be respectful to all guests, staff, and fellow attendees.
Aggressive behaviour, pushing, or line-cutting will not be tolerated and may lead to being escorted out of the venue without ticket reimbursement.
Is on-site reselling of merchandise allowed at the show?
Reselling any items purchased at POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2025 within the event premises is strictly prohibited. Any person(s) doing so will be removed from the event premises. Sales are final and for personal use only.
How do I get to POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2026?

How can I get an invoice for the products I bought?
I encountered an issue with a product I bought from a 3rd party exhbitor, who do I contact regarding this issue?
If I win the raffle, is there a stipulated time frame for me to collect the product?
If I leave the exhibition hall, can I re-enter the hall at a later time?
Is there a limit to the number of products each attendee can purchase at one booth?
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
If I have a ticket for Day 1 of Pop Toy Show, but I am unable to make it to Day 1, can I come in on Day 2 or Day 3 instead?
If the original ticket holder is unable to attend the show, can they transfer their ticket to a different person?
Do you have priority / early entry for this event?
3-Day Fun Pass holders are entitled to early access. Please check the early access timings stated on your 3-Day Fun Pass.

Is there parking on-site?
Yes — self-parking and valet are available at the basement carpark (Towers 1 & 3). Rates apply; please allow extra time on busy days.

Can I take photos and videos at POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2026?
You’re welcome to snap and share your experience by tagging us on our socials @poptoyshowsg! However, if there are any exhibitors who restrict photography or recording of any products within their booths, please refrain from doing so.
Will there be official event photography?
Yes. Our photographers and videographers will capture highlights for social channels. By attending, you consent to being in crowd shots used for future promotions.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted past security. Only bottled water is allowed.
What age requires a ticket?
Children aged 3 and above need a valid ticket. Infants aged 2 and under enter free.
