By accessing and using the Pop Toy Show Singapore website (“Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this Website.

In these Terms & Conditions, “POP MART”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Pop Mart (Singapore) Holding Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202143183D), having its registered address at 6 Battery Road, #22-01, Six Battery Road, Singapore 049909.

Where applicable, ticket purchases are facilitated through an authorised third-party ticketing platform.

Additional terms and conditions imposed by the ticketing provider may apply. POP MART shall not be responsible for any transactions, services or disputes arising from the use of such third-party platforms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

POP MART reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions will take effect upon publication on this Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
